About the Foundation

As Lonnie’s family, we were overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support we received from his friends and especially from his team – the entire PPR community – following his death. To continue his legacy of dedication and commitment to the children of Philadelphia through youth soccer, we established the Lonnie Cohen Memorial Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)(3) entity. Our goal is to help provide grants, scholarships and other opportunities directly to the PPR Youth Soccer organizations and participants. Teamwork makes the dream work!!
